TUO's board members lead a work group concentrating on their area of responsibility. These work groups consist of members of the representative body and representatives of various educational associations along with students interested in these matters. The work groups develop new strategies in their fields of specialisation, prepare presentations for the student government and work as a link between the students and the student association. If you want to be an active member or you just want to give some suggestions for new activities, send an email to a work group and they will get back to you.
ET is a nickname for Trusteeship workgroup and it is abbreviation for Edunvalvontatiimi. Workgroup is open for any student that is interested in affecting on educational politics in university. Students can contact us if they have problems with their studies. We help the students and give some advice on the matter. We also work on improving students’ knowledge of their rights and responsibilities in our university.
ET organizes an annual trusteeship tour with the body of representatives. On tour we tell the students about our work and of current topics and their possibilities on affecting in university. We believe that all students should know who to contact when there are problems during their studies. Don’t hesitate to ask more, join the workgroup and at least don’t hesitate to give feedback and contact us if you have problems.
